Diagnosis: Adenomyoepithelioma


• Features:


• Circumscribed lesion composed of predominantly spindle cells (myoepithelial) and luminal epithelial cells (less easy to see)
• Majority of these lesions are benign
• Note differentiation of two populations with CK 5/6 (myoepithelial) and EMA (luminal epithelial)
• Occasional mitoses acceptable in a benign lesion
