Diagnosis: Adenomyoepithelioma
Features:
Circumscribed lesion composed of predominantly spindle cells (myoepithelial) and luminal epithelial cells (less easy to see)
Majority of these lesions are benign
Note differentiation of two populations with CK 5/6 (myoepithelial) and EMA (luminal epithelial)
Occasional mitoses acceptable in a benign lesion
