History:
- 60 year old female - 1 month history of lump left breast. Clinically malignant.

and infiltrating sheets of epithelial pattern tumour cells

with an occasional mitotic figure

nuclear pleomorphism and a single mitotic figure
Medium power view showing epithelial group - the upper portion of this group is clearly glandular in
pattern while the lower part appears more squamoid
